I was in Udaipur for 3 nights and booked this resort with Thrillophilia for their best deal. My room was cozy & clean, food was tasty, and the ambiance was fresh and calm. I loved staying there.

We stayed here for around 7 days and all of us, including my friends found this place really amazing. The property is huge and is quite beautiful too. The staff here is polite as well. The food at The Royal Retreat Resort is one of the highlights of this place, followed by the great spa and their treatments they offer. Our booking from Thrillophilia was also quick and we got a great deal for the resort, so that was nice too.

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refunds in the Thrillophilia wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.

Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.

Free booking rescheduling if requested prior 3 days or more before travelling date and the same is subjected to availability.

If the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the traveler.

If the travelers request for rescheduling/relocation within 3 days or less, 100% of the booking amount shall be charged as rescheduling charge.

No booking relocation/change of Resort will be entertained whatsoever.

The booking rescheduling requested in light of threat of covid-19, the travelers need to furnish a recent covid positive certificate/report, the rescheduling is subject to availability and the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the travelers.
