Things to carry

Kindly carry a valid photo ID proof. All foreign nationals must carry their passport as a proof of identity.

Holders of People of Determination (specially-abled) ID cards with once companion can enter the aquarium free of cost.

It is recommended to wear modest clothes. If visitors are wearing clothing that is indecent or likely to cause offence in any way, they will not be permitted entry.

Pets/Animals are not allowed.

The National Aquarium reserves the right to refuse admission, ban from entry, and /or remove any visitor for reasons of irresponsible behaviour, misbehaviour or misconduct. No compensation or refund will be provided in such cases.

Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

Any person found to be in possession of any offensive or dangerous items will be immediately removed from the premises without the right to refund.

While entering the National Museum, visitors and their belongings may be searched/screened by the management.

Visitors are requested to adhere to the Health & Safety signage posted around the premises of the aquarium to ensure their own wellbeing.

Visitors will need to wear a life jacket for the glass boat ride activity.

Some activities may not be suitable for pregnant women and People of Determination (specially-abled visitors).

If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
If cancellation are made 1 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
