This Taj property is one of the very best in this area, and you can enjoy views of the Aravalli Hills and valleys from not just the resort, but also your rooms. Me and my family were here for some days, and loved the hospitality. Thrillophilia, from where we booked our stay, also had a spa experience included in their package, which was decently priced. We enjoyed the entire stay, with good food, well maintained rooms, pool, waterfall as well as many indoor and outdoor games like squash, TT and more. Our experience at the spa was also very nice. Thanks to Taj Aravali and Thrillophilia.

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refunds in the Thrillophilia wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.

Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.

Free booking rescheduling if requested prior 3 days or more before travelling date and the same is subjected to availability.

If the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the traveler.

If the travelers request for rescheduling/relocation within 3 days or less, 100% of the booking amount shall be charged as rescheduling charge.

No booking relocation/change of Resort will be entertained whatsoever.

The booking rescheduling requested in light of threat of covid-19, the travelers need to furnish a recent covid positive certificate/report, the rescheduling is subject to availability and the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the travelers.
