Visitors under 3 years old or below 3 feet in height can join free of charge. The adult category applies to visitors aged 4 years and above.

Customer has to carry Valid Govt approved ID Proof + Trip / Booking ID to collect the boarding pass from the boat centre counter.

Admission on board is on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Passengers are not allowed to carry any food and beverages items on board.

Please report to the boarding point 30 minutes before departure so as to avoid missing the cruise.

All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival.

Tickets once sold will not be cancelled or refunded.

A single boarding pass is strictly entitled to single-seat only. The boarding pass should be retained until the end of the cruise.

The management is not liable for any loss or damage at Mandovi River Cruise. They shall not be responsible for any incidents, or accidents onboard vessel to or by passengers due to any irresponsible behavior or under the influence of any alcoholic, hallucinogenic substance etc.

No Bags are allowed on the boat – handbags will be checked by the security.

Snacks and drinks available on cruise for purchase on site.

All norms for safety will have to be followed as per government guidelines governed by the Captain of ports department.

Please be aware that restricted areas, including the wheelhouse, engine room, DG room, MSB room, pantry, and restaurant, are strictly off-limits to all guests.

If cancellation are made 0 days to 7 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
