The hills that were once the summer residence of the Queen of Travancore are now the home to this amazing nature resort. Spread in an area of about 600 acres, the resort is covered by deep, diverse, and vast forests. This land is home to a variety of Flora and Fauna that find their place in 3 different ecosystems. With different colors making this place a different experience in various seasons, you can choose to stay in the Wooden Chalets of the property, or the Reverie, all the while enjoying the scenery that unfolds as you lie on the height of 2500 to 3500 ft above sea level.

Activity:
The best thing to do in the resort while you are on your visit here is to enjoy a walk through the immense greenery of the property. Apart from that, there is also a nearby viewpoint that you can visit to get a bird's eye view of the region. You can enjoy fishing in the stream nearby and go for a visit to the nearby tea factory for a ride of information.

How to reach:
The place is about 130 km from the nearest airport in Kochi, and the only way to get here is by road. You can follow the route from Kochi to Kalady and drive from here to  Kuttikkanam.
