  • Embark on a star gazing and photography tour at Dehne on a no moon day along with tented camping and stay under the stars with the cool breeze from the surrounding mountain ranges.
  • Here, learn about how to explore the Northern Hemisphere Constellations and identify them with the help of telescopes as the experts guide you properly.
  • You will be able to understand about the star photography technique and shoot the milky way and the obvious star trails.
  • On these dates, you will be witnessing the Geminids meteor showers which should not be missed as well. 
  • Plan for an extravagant weekend getaway to feel refreshed amid the splendid nature when the twinkling stars take care of you.

Itinerary

  • Day 1 -

    On 28th January, meet at Aasangaon station at 03:30 PM and begin your travel to the base in a private vehicle.

    Reach Dehne base village by 04:45 PM.

    Have a cup of tea and relax at the campsite and later pitch your tents.

    Watch the relishing sunset as well before you enjoy the evening refreshments and start your astronomy and star photography session 1.

    Take a dinner break in between.

    Continue to enjoy the second session of stargazing and witness the magic of the sky through the telescope.

    Retire for the night and take rest in tents.

  • Day 2 -

    On 29th January, get your wake up call around 06:30 AM.

    Have breakfast at around 08:00 AM and play fun games and group activities.

    Check-out of your camps and prepare to leave for Aasangaon by 12:00 noon.

    Reach the destination around 01:00 PM and wind up the tour.
