For safety purposes, this activity is not recommended for women who are pregnant, anyone that has had major surgery, or has a broken leg/arm, has chronic back or neck pains, etc.
To enjoy this activity, participants must be 12 years or older, with adult tickets applicable for those aged 12 and above.
Participants must pay attention to the guidelines given by the instructor before and after the activity.
The instructor reserves the right to reject any participant deemed unfit to be part of the activity.
The activity might be delayed or postponed due to weather conditions. In such a scenario, the next best possible time slot will be informed.
Participants are not allowed to carry any sharp object, lighter, luggage bag, alcohol, knife, etc.
Please avoid carrying or wearing valuables, ornaments, jewelry, etc. The ground operator will not be liable for loss of any such items if brought along.
Participants are requested to report at the venue at least 30 minutes prior. Timings must be strictly followed, as the activity is time constraint.
Avoid consuming heavy food or alcoholic beverages before and after the activity.
Keep the surroundings clean by using designated bins and avoiding littering, especially in natural areas and protected zones.
Wear comfortable clothes like shorts, 3/4ths, capris, salwar, jeans or T-Shirts. Flat footwear with good grip recommended. Leg tied attire like sarees, tight skirts, and high heels are not recommended.

The entire activity lasts approximately 30 minutes, including 2-4 minutes of the speedboat ride and the remaining time for preparation.
Please note - If you want to take longer water rides (more than 100 metres), you are required to pay an additional fee on-site.
Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package. Any meals or transfers not mentioned in the activity are to be considered an exclusion in the deal.
Please note that the participants will have to manage the commute to the activity location on their own.

  • If cancellation is made 15 days or more before the date of travel, no cancellation fees will be charged.
  • If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
