Things to carry
You can choose from three packages: Pass A (5-hour activity), Pass B (1 night, 2-day experience with stay), or Pass C (1 night, 2-day experience with stay and transfers).
Pass A is a 5-hour event on 15th February, from 7 pm to 12 am.
Pass A includes activities like sky lantern lighting, musical nights, face painting, jamming sessions, bonfire, fire performances, fireworks, cake cutting, and star gazing.
Pass B offers a 1-night, 2-day experience, with check-in at 11 am on 15th February and check-out by 10 am on 16th February.
Pass B includes an overnight stay in a tent on double sharing basis, breakfast, Pass A activities plus storytelling, meet & greet co-travellers, workshops, colour your life (painting), human library, sunset cherish, and beach games.
For Pass C, pick-up from Bangalore is on 14th February around 7 pm in a non-AC bus and departure from Gokarna on the night of 16th February, with drop-off back in Bangalore around 7 am on 17th February.
Pass C offers accommodation in a tent on double sharing basis with check-in at 11 am on 15th February and check-out by 10 am on 16th February.
Pass C includes Pass A & B activities, plus boating at Om Beach, Half Moon Beach, Paradise Beach, Dolphin View Point, Lighthouse, Joining Point, and Gokarna market exploration.
Visitors under 5 years of age are not allowed in Pass C.
Breakfast for Pass B and C includes both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
The meeting point for Pass A and B is Gokarna Main Beach.
The pick-up point for Pass C will be shared after booking confirmation.
Only meals specified in the activity are included; other meals are not provided.
Any additional services or activities not mentioned are not part of the package.

  • If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
