For those opting for tours with transfers, pick-up and drop-off services are available throughout Singapore, excluding Woodlands and Changi areas

Gardens by the Bay reserves the right to refuse admission or require visitors to leave if terms are breached.
Wear insect repellent while visiting the Singapore Zoo for your safety.
For safety and animal welfare, please stay on designated paths, avoid touching animals without permission, and supervise children closely at Singapore Zoo.
Dogs are permitted within outdoor garden spaces at Gardens by the Bay.
Please keep all pets and service animals leashed, clean them up and dispose of all waste in a hygienic manner.
Smoking is prohibited in the premises.
Make sure to complete your visit within the same day and within the specified time slot.
Water refill stations are available on-site, it is advisable to bring your reusable water bottle.
