I had the chance to stay at this clean and nice resort for some time a few months ago, when the pandemic was still going on. The resort wasn’t fully operational and was short on staff, but they maintained everything quite well. Thrillophilia also gave me a pretty good discount for the resort, in addition to spa vouchers which I used very well. Overall, everything here was decent. Good place to stay.

The best part of our stay at Shiv Vilas was the spa session. We also enjoyed camel ride, pool time, and loved food served at the in-house restaurant. A great package of Thrillophilia with lots of activities.

Shiv Vilas Resort Jaipur Policies

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refunds in the Thrillophilia wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.

Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.

Free booking rescheduling if requested prior 3 days or more before travelling date and the same is subjected to availability.

If the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the traveler.
