  • ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
  • Sedan cars are provided for 4 passengers and SUV cars are provided for more than 4 passengers.
  • The vehicle for sightseeing is available on an itinerary basis only, and will not be on disposal.
  • North East guidelines limit baggage and prohibit vehicles from carrying luggage in carriers. Please carry a maximum of one luggage per person and notify your operator in advance if you require additional baggage.
  • Heavy rainfalls are observed between June – September which means that real time itinerary changes are possible. In case the roads are blocked due to landslides or any other natural calamity. We will arrange alternate sightseeing for the travellers.
  • Rescheduling Policy for Private (Standard & Deluxe Package) & Group Bookings: 1) If rescheduling is made 7 days after the Booking Date till 15 days prior to the Date of Travel then 30.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as rescheduling fees. | 2) If rescheduling is made 0 days to 15 days before the Date of Travel then 100.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees. | 3) If bookings are made 15 days before the Date of Travel no rescheduling & modifications will be made.
