By Car/Cab: The activity location is 1.6 miles from the Chicago city center. You can reach the destination within 11 minutes by car.
By Bus: Take the bus from the city center to Solidarity Drive & Aquarium, the nearest stop to the location. From there walk for 2 minutes to reach the destination, covering 160 meters.
By Train: Take the train to Museum Campus/11th St, the nearest station to the location. From there walk for 9 minutes to reach the destination, covering 640 meters.

Know Before You Go for Shedd Aquarium Tickets

All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival.
ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival.
The special effects could be frightening to small children.
4-D Experiences are not recommended for guests with heart conditions, medical sensitivity to strobe lights, laser-like lighting effects or fog effects, back, neck or similar physical conditions and sensitivity to loud sound.
Clothing with offensive language is prohibited at the venue.
Weapons including mace, pocket knifes or pepper spray are not allowed at the aquarium.
Outside alcoholic beverages, cold drinks and food items are also prohibited at the aquarium
Laser pointers and illegal drugs like marijuana are not allowed at the venue.

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 1 business hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
If cancellation are made 1 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
