ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival.

Re-entry to the SEA Aquarium is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance.

Refrain from using flash photography as it can disturb marine life and other visitors.

Avoid touching exhibits or marine life unless specifically allowed by staff in interactive areas.

Keep children under supervision at all times to ensure their safety and prevent any disturbance to other visitors or marine life.

Refrain from tapping on glass tanks or disturbing marine animals to maintain their well-being and natural behaviour.

Outside food or drinks are not permitted inside the aquarium.

There is no luggage storage available at S.E.A. Aquarium. It's best to pack light for your visit. If you need lockers, you can find them outside Universal Studios Singapore, which is the closest option to S.E.A. Aquarium.

Luge rides on a single ticket cannot be split over different days.

Luge rides within packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared between different guests.

Adhere to safety guidelines and instructions provided by staff to ensure a secure and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

Listen to ride instructions and obey all safety regulations while riding the luge to prevent accidents and ensure a safe experience for yourself and others.

Remain on designated paths and tracks while riding the luge and avoid straying into restricted areas for your safety.
