  • In case the weather is not appropriate or the sea is rough, The watersports may get cancelled real time. The amount corresponding to Scuba will be deducted from the total booking value and the balance will get refunded as Thrillcash + that can be used anytime in future on Thrillophilia website with no restrictions. A cash refund may not be applicable for the same.

  • Use the equipment carefully without damaging them. Travellers are liable to pay for damaged assets to the tour operator.

  • During scuba diving, If you are not feeling comfortable or are not willing to go for the dive by your own choice, A refund will not be applicable

  • If you have a medical history you may not be allowed to do Scuba Diving. Kindly let us know the same before booking the package. After booking, A refund will be applicable as per cancellation policies stated on website.

  • If you a history of Asthma , Sinus or Blood pressure or you have been heart patient at some point in life, You may not be allowed for Scuba Diving.

  • Jetski, Banana ride, Bumper ride, the Boat ride is included in a package & is completely time based. Apart from this if you want anything extra or need extra time, you may pay the difference of amount in cash directly to the Tour Operator and avail the services.

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.

    Grande Island is the perfect place, where I spent my vacations along with my family this time. I had always dreamt of viewing the wonderful world below the sea. I wanted to have a live experience other than what I watch in various shows. This vacation, I fulfilled this desire of mine by opting for scuba diving trip in Goa. I was amazed by the mystique beauty of the sea-life and got a big opportunity to enjoy the life under the water. Goa offers so many options to relax and enjoy. Scuba diving from its beaches is one of them, and we took the best advantage of it. Thank You, highly recommended.
