The restaurant reserves right to dismiss a customer involved in fights or unacceptable behavior at the venue.
You can bring your children (below 10 years) by paying an additional cost that needs to be paid post booking.
Additional charges will be applicable incase an extra adult (above 10 years) accompanies. The surcharge can be paid post booking.
If you want anything extra other than inclusions, please inform the tour operator on a prior basis.
Guitarist, if arranged on additional charges, will wait for 15-30 minutes for your arrival from the booked slot time. In case of late arrival guitarist may leave and there won't be any refund.

Romantic Stay with Candlelight Dinner Policies

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 12 hours of successful booking
In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

If cancellation is made 3 days or more before the date of travel, no cancellation fees will be charged.
If cancellation is made between 1 days to 3 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 1 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
