It is mandatory to show valid original government ID (Aadhaar, Passport or PAN One blank check Only ) and a valid Indian driving license for “Light Motor Vehicles”, which is min. 1 year old at the time of starting the trip.
Car will be handed over to the same person (Name, photo) as provided in documents while booking the car.
Timings should be strict as an activity with time constraints can be missed.
Packages need to be paid in full to receive the confirmation voucher.
Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package. Any meals or transfers not mentioned in the itinerary are to be considered an exclusion in the deal.

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refunds in the Thrillophilia wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.
