Know Before You Go for Rent a Scooty in Gurgaon

The customer should have their driving license with them while renting the vehicle.
A security deposit has to be paid at the time of pickup which is refundable.
The vehicle needs to be returned at the specified date/time as mentioned during booking on the website.
The Customer should provide all necessary documents and deposits as prescribed.
The vehicle has to be returned in the same state as during the time of renting. Failure to do so will lead to a penalty.
The insurance cost is separate. If any damage is caused to the vehicle and repair costs more than security deposit charges then the customer is liable to pay the extra cost.
Fuel is not included with the rental booking and has to be borne by the customer.

Rent a Scooty in Gurgaon Policies

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refunds in the Thrillophilia wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.

Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.

If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, 25.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
