About Rajgir City Tour:

Rajgir, meaning the abode of Gods, is a town in the Nalanda district about 93 km southeast of Patna. Rajgir is divided into two parts one which is fortified and surrounded by seven hills and the other, which is believed to have been founded by King Bimbisara’s son, Ajatshatru. With the Shanti Stupa Hiking in the Nalanda district, you shall be able to find peace in a place that is filled with lush green grasslands.

Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival at Rajgir
Once you arrive at Rajgir, one of our representatives will meet you and greet you.
Transfer to the hotel. Have breakfast and take a rest for a while.
After that, you can trek to the Vishva Shanti Stupa
After reaching you will visit the Griddhakuta Peak - Gridhakuta is a popular sightseeing location perched at an altitude of 400 m.
It is also known as the Vulture's Peak as it is shaped like a vulture and also provides frequent sightings of the bird.
It is said to be the place where Lord Buddha resided for many years. You can enjoy the sunset there.
Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2 - Sightseeing at Rajgir
Wake and have breakfast in the hotel.
After breakfast, it’s time for sightseeing you will visit the places like - Makhdum Khund, Bimbisara’s Jail, Venuvana Vihara(Venu Van), Swarn Bhandar (Son Bhandar caves), and Jarasand Akhada..
After sightseeing, you have to say goodbye to Rajgir with hands full of memories.

Stay

For safety purposes, this activity is not recommended for women who are more than 3 months pregnant, anyone that has had major surgery, or has a broken leg/arm, has chronic back or neck pains, etc.

GST applies to the tour cost.

Rates may fluctuate with any change in services/hotels.

The difference in the cost shall be borne by the client in case of any amendment in the package due to an increase in the number of guests.

Thrillophilia reserve the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbance that occurred (i.e. weather condition, political condition, or any others) without changing the total number of days and without compromising any service.

However, if some services are not operational due to government guidelines, thrillophilia reserves the right to replace them with other activities.

Children above 8 years of age will be considered as adults only.

There are no charges for children below 8 years of age. Extra Bed would be charged on actuals.

All entry tickets for stupas, monasteries, sightseeing, state and entry fees, monument entrances, camera charges, etc. are not a part of the package.

Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package.

Any meals or transfers not mentioned in the itinerary are to be considered an exclusion in the deal.

Guidelines issued by the State-Government is to be followed.

Social distancing to be maintained.

Frequent hand sanitization and use of mask recommended.

ID proof is mandatory for each guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as valid address proof.

All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details before their stay.

Any breakage or damage of any items in the Hotel/Resort will be charged at actuals.

The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.

Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.

Refund Policy

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 15 business days

All applicable refunds will be done in traveller's thrillophilia wallet as Thrillcash

Booking Confirmation Policy

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
