The approximate duration of the 9 km rafting experience is 35 minutes including the safety briefing.
Video recording is available at an additional cost.
The minimum age required to participate in the activity is 10 years.
The activity operational timings are 8 AM to 6 PM.
Track Pants should be preferred over jeans during the activity.
A minimum of 2 people are required to book the package.
Visitors aged 75 years and above are not permitted to participate in this activity.

This activity is not recommended for heart patients.
For safety purposes, this activity is not recommended for women who are more than 3 months pregnant, anyone that has had major surgery, or has a broken leg/arm, has chronic back or neck pains, etc.
Each raft will be allocated on multiple sharing basis.
Kindly do not litter and help keep the destinations clean.
It is recommended that you carry an extra pair of clothes.
The activity might be delayed or postponed due to weather conditions. In such a scenario, the next best possible time slot will be informed.
Participants are not allowed to carry any sharp object, lighter, luggage bag, alcohol, knife, etc.
Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package. Any meals or transfers not mentioned in the itinerary are to be considered an exclusion in the deal.
Any breakage or damage of any items will be charged at actuals.
ID proof is mandatory for visitors at the time of arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid id proof.
