By Bus: Take bus line 18 from Hlemmur to Perlan stop. From there it's a 6-minute walk.
By Walk: It takes 20-40 minutes to walk from downtown Reykjavík to the museum.
By Car: It takes 5-10 minutes from downtown Reykjavík to the museum. Free parking onsite.

Kids under 6 get in free but need a free ticket only in combination with adult tickets.
Children’s tickets must be accompanied by adult tickets.

Family ticket includes 2 adults and 2 children.
Rescheduling is possible until 24 hours before your visit.

ID proof is mandatory for each guest at the time of arrival.
All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
If cancellation are made 1 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
