Things to carry
Kindly bring the ticket voucher along with a valid photo ID proof. All foreign nationals must carry their passport as proof of identity.
Park Güell is wheelchair and stroller accessible, except for some areas.
Sagrada Familia is wheelchair and stroller accessible except for the towers.
Targeta Rosa card holders, visitors below the age of 6 years, and specially-abled people can enter the Park Güell free of cost. It is essential that all visitors show their tickets, including those entitled to free admission. The park authorities may ask for proof of the same.
Once you leave the premises, re-entry is not permitted.
Pets are allowed except for Nature Square, Hypostyle Room, the Dragon Stairway, the Austria Gardens and the Laundry Room Portico. The pets should be kept on a leash.
Animals are not allowed with the exception of guide dogs with specially-abled people that require them at Sagrada Familia. You may be asked to provide a health permit or proof of the need.
At Sagrada Familia, it is recommended that you dress modestly. See-through clothes, trousers or skirts shorter than mid-thigh, swimwear, and special clothing will not be allowed.
Please note that tickets are only valid for the time chosen. It is recommended that you arrive a little earlier than the scheduled time of your visit. If you arrive late, entry may be denied.
At the entrance of Sagrada Familia, visitors will be screened. If any dangerous items are found, they may be confiscated and returned when the visitor leaves the premises or handed over to security or law enforcement, depending on the circumstances.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in Sagrada Familia. Eating is prohibited on the premises of the basilica.
Riding bicycles and roller skating are not allowed in Park Güell.
No photos or video recordings may be made for commercial, advertising or dissemination purposes without written authorisation in advance.
Photo, video or sound-recording equipment is not allowed inside the Basilica of Sagrada Familia.
Please note that the time slots may be subject to slight variations, and we will allocate a time slot available within a 30-minute window before or after your initial selection.
