All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
Once a pass is activated, it can only be used by that particular individual. Passes cannot be more than one person or re-sold.
The Attractions Pass and Museum Pass cards are automatically activated at the same time, regardless of which card is used.
Your Paris Pass is activated the first time you scan it through at an attraction and is valid to use for consecutive days of your pass duration: 2, 3, 4 or 6 days. Your pass is also activated when you redeem your Paris Museum Pass.

  • If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellation are made 1 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
