High-traffic areas area are regularly sanitized.
Participants must pay attention to the guidelines given by the instructor before and after the activity.
Gear/equipment will be provided at the activity spot.
For safety purposes, paddle boarding in Dubai is not recommended for women who are more than 3 months pregnant, anyone who has had major surgery, or has a broken leg/arm, has chronic back or neck pains, etc.
Participants are requested to report at the venue at least 30 minutes prior to their chosen time slot.
Timings must be strictly followed, as the activity is time constraint.
Avoid consuming heavy food or alcoholic beverages before and after the activity.
The activity might be delayed or postponed due to weather conditions, in such a scenario, the next best possible time slot will be informed.

- If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 15.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellation are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellation are made 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellation are made 0 days to 7 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
