Pick-up and drop-off will be from a centrally located hotel within a 5 km radius of the city.
An English/Hindi-speaking local professional guide is included with the Tempo Traveller variant and will meet you directly at the attraction, as they will travel to the site independently.
Driver allowance is included in the tour package.
Parking charges and toll taxes are included in the package.
Each person will be provided with two bottles of mineral water (250 ml each).
Keep the surroundings clean by using designated bins and avoiding littering, especially in natural areas and protected zones.
In case of any delays or additional time spent at a particular place, the driver or car rental company will not be responsible to cover all the places mentioned in the itinerary.
Consuming alcoholic beverages during the tour is not allowed.
Entry fees for attractions visited are not included in the sightseeing tour.
Meals (breakfast, lunch, etc.) are not included in the package cost.
Participants are not allowed to carry any sharp object, lighter, alcohol, knife, etc.

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

If rescheduling requests are made 72 hours before the date of travel, no amount will be charged as rescheduling fees.

If rescheduling requests are made between 0 to 72 hours before the date of travel, 30% of the total tour cost will be charged as rescheduling fees.

If cancellation is made 15 days or more before the date of travel, no cancellation fees will be charged.
If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
