By Air: The closest airport to Bangalore is Kempegowda International Airport. There are regular flights to Bangalore from cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai and Jaipur.

Reach Bangalore Airport/ Railway station and get welcomed by our representatives.
You will then be transferred from Bangalore to Ooty via a road covering a distance of 271 km.
After completing the journey of 5-6 hours, reach Ooty and check-in to your hotel.
You will then head over to Ooty Lake which offers boating facilities.
Enjoy a scenic boat ride while soaking up the charm of the surrounding landscapes.
Return to your hotel and have a delicious dinner.

Get up early in the morning and get picked up by a representative who will take up a short hike to the Doddabetta Peak which is the highest mountain peak of the Nilgiri Range.

Return to your hotel for breakfast and rest for sometime before getting picked up by a representative from your hotel again.

Know Before You Go for Ooty 2 Days Package

ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
Rates may fluctuate with any change in services/hotels. The difference in the cost shall be borne by the client in case of any amendment in the package due to an increase in the number of guests, hotel change, etc., before the beginning of the trip.
Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package.
Any breakage or damage of any items in the resort will be charged at actuals.
If in case any traveler wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveler. Neither the operator nor Thrillophilia will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
Any kind of drink (alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water) is not included in the package cost.
Thrillophilia reserves the right to rearrange or change the itinerary for any reasons that are beyond control like natural calamity, weather conditions, roadblocks, VVIP interference, political manifestation, etc.
Pick up and drop off are between a fixed time window. Any delay due to personal or unforeseen circumstances including flight reschedules will incur an extra cost and has to be communicated at the earliest. Sightseeing missed due to delayed flight/train/bus is non-refundable.
Rescheduling Policy for Private (Standard & Deluxe Package) & Group Bookings: 1) If rescheduling is made 7 days after the Booking Date till 15 days prior to the Date of Travel then 30.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as rescheduling fees. | 2) If rescheduling is made 0 days to 15 days before the Date of Travel then 100.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees. | 3) If bookings are made 15 days before the Date of Travel no rescheduling & modifications will be made.
Rescheduling Policy for Private (Super Deluxe) & Hotel Specific Bookings: No modification or Rescheduling will be catered. A standard cancellation policy will be applicable for such cases.
Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseeable circumstances), [Thrillophilia] reserves the right to reschedule Tours & treks or offer alternative itineraries to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and staff.
Cancellation After Rescheduling: Clients who reschedule their tours or treks but later decide to cancel will be subject to our standard cancellation policy. Any rescheduling fees paid will be non-refundable.

Mudumalai National Park

Mudumalai National Park and Bandipur National Park are like two sides of the same coin. Separated by the border, Bandipur Park lies in Karnataka while the neighbouring, Mudumalai lies in the Kongu Nadu region of Tamil Nadu. The area is rich with rare species that include 50 types of fish, 34 species of reptiles, 266 species of birds, and 55 types of mammals. Some of the rare wildlife you’ll find here are vultures, Bengal Tigers, Indian Leopards and golden jackals. Nilgiri Mountain Railway

The Nilgiri Mountain Railway is a meter-gauge railway line 1000 mm long that passes through the queenly hill station of Ooty in Tamil Nadu. The fleet of steam locomotives running on this line is aptly nicknamed ‘the Toy Train’ and is greatly popular among children.

Pykara Lake

Emerging from the Mukurthi Peak, the beautiful Pykara River transforms into gorgeous waterfalls, which ultimately forms a Pykara Lake. Guarded by a lush green cover of the Shola forests, Pykara Lake is believed to be an outcome of the dam constructed across the Mukurti River.

Stone House Ooty

The first building to be constructed on the lands of Ooty that marked a new beginning of a new phase in the city, Stone house is one of the most consequential pieces of architecture to be built in Ooty. The tales of how the edifice came into existence goes way back when John Sullivan, the Collector of Coimbatore, stumbled upon the mesmerizing beauty of Ooty and believing it to be an extraordinary tourist destination in the future built the very first English House (Stone House) as his residence.

Emerald Lake is located in Emerald Village away from the hustle and bustle of a city, offering some peace and quiet so that you can relax in the lap of nature. That is because Emerald Lake is still pristine and less frequented compared to other places visited by tourists in South India every year.

Ooty Lake

Also known as the Ooty Boat House, Ooty Lake is one of the major attractions of Ooty, the queen of Nilgiris. Spread over a vast area of 65 acres, this lake was first constructed by John Sullivan way back in 1824. Made with the water flowing down from the mountain streams in Ooty, the lake was initially made solely for fishing. However, gradually it became more of a tourist attraction, and when it was taken over by Tamil Nadu Tourism Development Corporation in 1973, the lake was transformed into a tourist park and more attractions were built around it.

Deer Park

The Deer Park in Ooty is a place which is one of its own kinds and known for being home to a vast number of deer. Located at Udhagamandalam town, the name of this itself explains very vividly that this place is a perfect location for the wildlife lovers who want to admire these innocent species.

Doddabetta Peak

Reckoned as Ooty’s highest vantage point, Doddabetta Peak is sure shot to be a part of your Coonoor tourist places to visit.
