Located just by the backwaters, Niraamaya Retreat is a treat to the senses. We booked a cottage at the resort through Thrillophilia. The rooms as well as the facilities were excellent. We also took a canoeing trip arranged by the resort.

Our holidays were wonderful here. The location is great and the people here were simply amazing. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings too. The rooms were very clean and tidy, and we even did some kite flying and activities like yoga, walking & meditation. The spa experience was very relaxing and wonderful as well. The lush green Niraamaaya Retreats Resort is one of the best experiences i ever had. The exquisite rooms, modern amenities, fitness center, rooms with views, swimming pool and other really added to the comfort on my stay here. This place is worth staying in and i availed it under the holiday package that i booked from Thrillophilia. The package was at its best price that i could not find anywhere else.

Niraamaya Retreats Kumarakom Policies

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refunds in the Thrillophilia wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.

Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.

Free booking rescheduling if requested prior 3 days or more before travelling date and the same is subjected to availability.

If the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the traveler.

If the travelers request for rescheduling/relocation within 3 days or less, 100% of the booking amount shall be charged as rescheduling charge.

No booking relocation/change of Resort will be entertained whatsoever.
