  • The River Tern lodge, located on the shores of the Bhadra reservoir, is a beautiful lodge nestled on the cusp of the Bhadra Tiger Reserve.
  • Its an ideal stay for those who wish to explore nature and relax in its peace and quiet.
  • During your stay here you will go for a jeep safari to the Bhadra Tiger Reserve to observe leopards, gaurs, elephants, crocodiles, deer, wild boars, monitor lizards, etc along with varied species of birds.
  • You can also embark on boat safari, nature walks, participate in water sports and visit Tyaverekoppa Lion and Tiger safari and Sakkrebyle Elephant Camp.
  • The check in time for the tour is 12:30 PM and check out is at 11:00 AM the next day.

  • The River Tern lodge has 8 log huts and 15 cottages having its balcony overlooking the placid waters of the Bhadra Reservoir and with a view of the magnificent view of the sunset and air conditioners in the rooms.

  • Day 1 -

    Arrival and Activities

    Check in to the camp at 12:30 pm.

    Enjoy lunch at 13:30 pm.

    Have a refreshing cup of tea or coffee at 16:00 pm.

    Go for jeep safari/boat safari/water sports at 16:30 pm .

    Enjoy a wildlife film show at 19:30 pm.

    Have dinner at 20:30 pm.

  • Day 2 -

    Departure

    Wake up call is at 6:00 am followed by tea or coffee.

    Go for jeep safari/boat safari at 6:30 am.

    Breakfast will be served at 8:30 am.

    Enjoy water sports at 9:30 am.

    Check out at 11:00 am.
