ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival.
All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival.
Bags (including purses and camera bags) are not allowed on helicopters. Only cameras, cell phones, and sunglasses can be brought aboard.
Lockers are available at no charge to store your possessions while you fly.
Photos cannot be taken while walking from the heliport to the helicopter. Once inside the helicopter you may take as many as you like.
Window seats are not guaranteed.
Make sure to arrive on time at the meeting point.
Please arrive at the meet-up location 30 minutes before the confirmed pick-up time.
The tour is free for children aged 0-1 as long as they will not occupy separate seats. Children and adults will be charged the same price.

If cancellation are made 1 days before the date of travel then 0.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
If cancellation are made 0 days to 1 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
