13 Days Trek At Naya Kanga Peak In Nepal Overview

  • Get picked up from the Kathmandu Airport by a private car or a bus and then transfer to the hotel by the representatives of the Nepal Eco adventure.
  • Enjoy the amazing sights as you drive through the Syabrubesi for around 7-8 hours. Trek thorugh the Langtang village and spend some leisure time at Kyangjin Gompa.
  • From Kyangjing Gompa, trek towards the Ganja la Phedi while marvel at the sights of the hills and the valleys of this region with green forest.
  • Trek to the Naya Kanga and then to from Dukpu you will trek towards Tharkeghyang at the altitude of 2740m. From Tharkeghyang walk towards the Sermathang.
  • Visit the Melamchi Pull bazaar while enjoying the glorious road side.
  • This trek will allure you with superb view of the high mountains of Langtang Region like Langtang Lirung, Dorje Lakpa, Langsishari, Yala, Surya peaks etc. 
  • End this tour after getting dropped back to the airport and head back home.

13 Days Trek At Naya Kanga Peak In Nepal Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Arrival at Kathmandu

    After arrival at Kathmandu airport you will be then guided towards hotel by a representative of the Nepal Eco adventure.

    Enjoy the amazing sights of the hills and valleys as you enter these beautiful land.

    Overnight stay at the hotel.

  • Day 2 - Kathmandu to Syabrubesi

    After enjoying an early morning breakfast at Kathmandu, drive towards the Syabrubesi viewing the wonderful sight through the windows of the vehicle.

    Continue driving for about 7 to 8 hours through the main trail to reach at the Syabrubesi.

    Spend the night in Syabrubesi at 1450m.

  • Day 3 - Trek to Lama hotel.

    On your third day start walking from Syabrubesi towards the lama hotel.

    You will trek for about 6 to 7 hours through the main trail.

    Spend the night at the Lama hotel at the altitude of 2640m above sea level.

  • Day 4 - Trek to Langtang village

    Today you will leave lama hotel, after having a delicious breakfast trek towards the Langtang village.

    The trek will continue for about 6 to 7 hours through the main trail.

    Explore the Langtang village and spend some leisure time enjoying the beauty of the region.

    Overnight stay at the Langtang village.

  • Day 5 - Langtang village to Kyangjing Gompa

    Start from Langtang village and walk towards the Kyangjin Gompa.

    After walking for about 5 to 6 hours through the main trail you will reach the Kyangjin Gompa.

    Explore the Kyangjin Gompa with its enduring beauty.

    Overnight at the Kyangjin Gompa.

  • Day 6 - Kyangjin Gompa to Ganja la Phedi

    Today you will start from Kyangjing Gompa and trek towards the Ganja la Phedi.

    Continue trekking for several hours while enjoying the mesmerizing view of this region with high hills in Ganja la Phedi.

    Overnight stat at Ganja la Phedi at an altitude of 4300m.

  • Day 7 - Ganja la Phedi to Naya kanga high camp

    Today you will trek from the Phedi of the Ganja la Phedi, you will begin your climbing towards the Naya kanga high camp.

    Overnight tent stay at the high camp of the Naya Kanga.

  • Day 8 - Naya kanga high camp to summit and back to base camp

    Start trekking from the high camp of the Naya kanga peak and continue towards the summit of the Naya Kanga peak.

    Witness the majestic view from the summit of the Naya kanga peak.

    Overnight tent stay at the high camp of Naya Kanga.

  • Day 9 - Base camp to Dukpu

    Trek towards the Dukpuand start climbing the peak at Naya Kanga peak.

    Feel the thrill as you trek through the difficult paths to the peak.

    Overnight stay at the local lodge at Dukpu.

  • Day 10 - Dukpu to Tharkeghyang

    Start trekking from Dukpu towards the Tharkeghyang while enjoying the amazing views

    Trek through the forest of rhododendron, pine and other different types of plants.

    Overnight stay at Tharkeghyang at an altitude of 2740m.

  • Day 11 - Tharkeghyang to Sermathang to Melamchi Pul bazaar

    Today you will start trekking from Tharkeghyang towards the Sermathang and will continue the same trail to reach at the Melamchi Pul bazaar.

    The trail goes descending towards the Melamchi Pull bazaar through the meadows and some grassy lands.

    Spend the night at Melamchi Pull bazaar.

  • Day 12 -

    Melamchi Pull Bazaar to Kathmandu

    Begin your trek today from Melamchi Pull bazaar and drive towards Kathmandu viewing the glorious view of the road side from the windows of your vehicle.

    The drive will continue for about 6 to 7 hours.

    Spend the night resting at Kathmandu.

  • Day 13 - Departure from Kathmandu

    Get dropped on the Kathmandu airport and enjoy the farewell program organised by the Nepal Eco Adventure before leaving the airport.
