Know Before You Go for National Dinosaur Museum Tickets

All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival.
ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival.
Participants are not allowed to carry any sharp object, lighter, luggage bag, alcohol, knife, etc.
Do not touch or climb on any of the displays or dinosaur models unless it's part of an interactive exhibit. Some fossils and artefacts are fragile and require careful preservation.
Children must be supervised at all times. Ensure they stay within designated areas and do not run through the exhibits.
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the museum premises, including outdoor areas near the entrance.
The museum offers a quiet afternoon on the first Tuesday of each month from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. During this time, animatronics will be turned off to provide a more peaceful viewing experience. Please note that this service is not available during the ACT and NSW school holiday periods.
