Must Know
Kindly carry a valid photo ID proof. All foreign nationals must carry their passports as a proof of identity.
Most travellers can participate in the tour.
Infants must be seated on the laps.
Please wear shoes that enable walking smoothly and easily during the tour.
The tour will depart regardless of weather or traffic conditions, unless you are notified by the local operator.
Please wear your seatbelt on the tour bus.
Please note that traffic congestion or other uncontrollable factors may result in changes to the tour schedule or shortened time at each sightseeing spot.
In case of bad weather, Mount Fuji may not be visible, but the tour will proceed as scheduled and no refunds will be provided.
For small groups, a van may be used instead of a large bus. Please note that all participants will return to Tokyo using the same vehicle, regardless of its size.
If bad weather or traffic congestion prevents access to Mt. Fuji 5th Station, the tour will be adjusted to visit the Fujisan World Heritage Center or explore Mt. Fuji 1st to 4th Stations.
If you miss your Bullet Train after disembarking at Odawara Station due to a delay, no refund will be provided. Please board the next train in the non-reserved section. If you plan to take the Bullet Train after the tour, ensure it departs from Odawara Station.
The tour guide will not board the Bullet Train from Odawara to Tokyo due to operational reasons. Before boarding, the guide will provide instructions on how to return to your hotel from Tokyo Station for those taking the train.
If the Hakone Ropeway or Hakone Pirate Ship cannot operate due to unforeseen circumstances, the tour will visit one of the following alternative destinations: Hakone Komagatake Ropeway, Hakone Lake Ashi Boat Cruise, Lake Kawaguchi Cruise, Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway, Mishima Skywalk, and others. The tour will proceed as scheduled, and no refunds will be issued for this change.
Please be aware that no refunds will be provided for weather-related issues or changes to the tour schedule made by the tour guide or staff.
You may choose to get off the bus at Hakone Yumoto Station or Odawara Station at the end of the tour; please inform in advance.
If you select the option without lunch, it is recommended to bring your own lunch, as dining options may not be available during the tour.
