About the Destination :
Manas National Park located in Himalayan foothills in the western part of Assam is the land of the richest biodiversity in the world. Manas National Park serves as an international corridor for the elephants migrating from India and Bhutan. The park is the home of 20+ endangered species of animals and has extensive grassland with unique scenic beauty. The park owes its name to the river Manas which originates from Bhutan, and ribbons through the park. The last population of the Pygmy Hog survive in the wilds of Manas and nowhere else in the world.
