The property is amazing. The villas are beautifully designed adding nature and luxury. The staff are amazing, they take care of you very well. A birthday cake was a surprise from them, though I booked it at the very last moment. The food is exemplary, we had breakfast and it was lavish and tasty. The pool was cold but fun. We have done the nature walk as well to explore the beauty of Chikmagalur. Indoor play area and kids play area are good. All the kids of the family had great fun, they didnt even wanted to leave. Will visit back soon as they made our stay a very memorable one.

We had booked 3 rooms of Meru vindhya for 2 nights. Buffet breakfast could have been better. Calling the cab everytime to move from room to restaurant was a bit irritating. Any alternate means can be found and this can be solved. Stay was overall decent, rooms were clean. Jacuzzi in the room might be closed with a glass partition, we didn't use the Jacuzzi as we were scared of monkeys and flies.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refunds in the Thrillophilia wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.
