  • Visa assistance will be provided but the price is not included in the package.
  • No bill will be reimbursed against any missed service/facility.
  • Please note that prices are dynamic and may change in the peak season and on blackout dates.
  • The activities and tickets included in the package are non-refundable in case of cancellation.
  • Kindly carry a valid photo ID proof. All foreign nationals must carry their passport as a proof of identity.
  • Please note that Singapore has a strict policy against littering in public areas. Heavy fines are in place for those found littering.
  • The dates for the activities cannot be changed as the number of visitors at some places are limited. The traveller will have to pay an additional cost for the activities in case of rescheduling.
  • Please note that it is mandatory to purchase travel insurance while visiting Singapore. Travel insurance is not a part of the package.
  • Kindly do not carry any chewing gum as it is banned in Singapore and defaulters will be penalised.
  • Please note that jaywalking is not allowed in Singapore, if caught, fines will be imposed.
  • Eating and drinking on public transport is not allowed.
  • Singapore’s climate is commonly tropical and humid. It is advisable to carry light, comfortable clothes.
  • Smoking is not allowed until and unless you are in a designated smoking area.
  • While credit card payments are widely accepted in Singapore, it is recommended that you carry some cash for small purchases.
  • It is advisable that you dress modestly (keeping your shoulders and knees covered) when visiting any religious sites.
