Jungli Jaigad is one of two forts of Jaigad that is surrounded by thick vegetation, hence earning its name. The hard stone structure of the massive fort is a spectacle for the eyes as it is located at about 2957ft above sea level. The destination carries the extra element of fun as it is located right in the middle of a dense, thick forest and is a part of the Koyna and Chandoli forests.
