My stay at Jal Mahal Resort in Mysore with my family has been nothing but excellent. The property is well maintained and has a royal appeal. I loved exploring the cottages located in the garden area. There is a pool here too, which was unfortunately closed for renovation purpose. However, everything else in the resort was simply excellent.

We were looking for a stop during our layover in Mysore and came across this resort on Thrillophilia. The rooms were well furnished and clean and perfectly suited to our needs.

Jal Mahal Resort & Spa Policies

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refunds in the Thrillophilia wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.

Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.

Free booking rescheduling if requested prior 3 days or more before travelling date and the same is subjected to availability.

If the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the traveler.
