We certainly had a different experience here, since the resort is located on an island within the Jaisamand Lake. We also got great discounts because we booked through Thrillophilia. My parents and I both had rooms with great views of the hills and the lake. The amenities are good here, and there are several options for dining too. It is a good place to unwind and relax.

Jaisamand Island Resort Udaipur Policies

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refunds in the Thrillophilia wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.

Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.

Free booking rescheduling if requested prior 3 days or more before travelling date and the same is subjected to availability.

If the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the traveler.
