First, the Palace and Hatem are magnificent. A  must see in Istanbul. The audio guide was also excellent and easy to use.  The only down side were the shoe protectors we had to use. The tickets I ordered came promptly and there was no problem with downloading them to my companion's smartphone or as paper copies. Thrillophilia is a good company to work with and the Dolmabahce Palace was an amazing lace to visit.
