We did get right in at the appointed time. Others were. In a line to get in. Check in was fast and we toured the gallery with no problem. We were not sure if this was a guided tour or just admission for the price, but we got in OK

Ordering of the tickets went well, a bit confusing that it's a multiple steps process with some time between the ordering and the final confirmation of the tickets (not huge but in this time of instant gratification a bit confusing).
