Participants under 180cm tall must weigh 105kg or lighter and participants over 180cm tall must weigh 115kg or lighter.

This activity is not recommended for anyone with certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.

Participants who appear intoxicated may refuse service. In this case, no refunds will be given.

No prior experience needed. This activity is safe for beginners to participate in.

Guests are required to sign a liability waiver form on-site that informs them of the risks of the activity.

Equivalent services are available for guests requiring disability accommodation or accessibility.

This activity is inclusive and accessible for people of almost any ability, including those with low hearing and vision, amputees, people with cognitive disabilities, and more.

Wear light and comfortable clothing (preferably dri-fit material).

All loose items must be removed prior to flying and can be stored in the onsite lockers. This includes all jewellery (e.g. watches, rings, earrings, bangles, bracelets, necklaces etc), keys, phones, wallets, coins, toys and any other loose items.

Arrive at the meet-up location 60 minutes before the scheduled activity time.

Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded.

Fixed day ticket implies that this ticket will be applicable only for the date that you've booked the ticket, it won't be carried forward to next or any other day.

If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
If cancellation are made 1 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
