Things to carry

The pick-up and drop-off service is available only within 25 kilometers of Evolve Back, Hampi.

Please note that pick-up is approximately between 5:00 AM and 5:45 AM, with return around 9:00 AM.

Please adhere to the timing and be available 20 minutes before the scheduled time.

Children under 5 years old are not permitted to fly. Children under 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Please follow all instructions from staff and adhere to all safety protocols.

The pilot has full discretion to assess your suitability for the flight. If they deem you a risk to the balloon, other passengers, or yourself, you will not be allowed to participate.

ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.

A maximum of 6 people can participate per ride.

Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the hot air balloon ride package.

Activity timings include preparation time.

You must not fly if you are suffering from a serious medical condition or have recently undergone surgery unless you provide a fitness certificate from your doctor.

Pregnant women and individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted to fly.

Wear appropriate clothing as advised. Avoid valuable or light-colored clothing, as deposits from the burners may cause stains. Sports shoes are recommended, as landings may occur in areas that require them.

On rare occasions, the launch site may change due to adverse wind conditions. This is to ensure a safe flight within Air Law regulations.

If cancellation is made 15 days or more before the date of travel, no cancellation fees will be charged.
If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
