About the Activity:

The Hilltop Camping begins at 11 AM on the first day and ends at 10 AM on the 2nd day.
In this 2-day camping experience, there are 3 main treks, a waterfall trek, a night trek, and a sunrise trek. All treks will take you to places you will never forget.
Soothe your senses with picturesque landscapes of lush green hills of a location known as the “Princess of Hills” in India.
Take part in fun-filled indoor board games or go for a relaxing nature walk to explore the surroundings.
Sit around a warm bonfire with a BBQ session in the evening and enjoy a fun chit-chat with your dear ones under the star-studded skies.

11:00 AM: Reach the beautiful base camp of Kodaikanal & have Breakfast & Freshen up at the Base camp.
12:00 PM: Gear up for the walk into heaven and start trekking towards the Heavenly waterfall.
02:00 PM: Take a dip into the bluish-green pool and it's time to click some great selfies.
03:00 PM: Start descending journey back to the base camp.
04:00 PM: Reach the base lunch where delicious Lunch would be waiting for you.
04:30 PM: Take some rest, freshen up and do some team activities like Archery, play Indoor/Outdoor Games.
06:00 PM: Enjoy Hi-tea with snacks at the campsite with friends and family.

Minimum 2 persons are required to book the camping session.
Thrillophilia reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbance that occurred (i.e weather condition, political condition, or any others) without changing the total number of days and without compromising any service.
Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package.
Any meals or transfers not mentioned in the itinerary are to be considered an exclusion in the deal.
Guidelines issued by the State-Government are to be followed. Social distancing to be maintained. Frequent hand sanitization and use of mask recommended.
ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as valid address proof.

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 15.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, 25.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
