Inspired by the Mughal architecture of taj mahal and its exclusive use of marble, The Royal Heritage is made of ivory-white marble and offers 1 bedroom. Moroccan theme-based apartment, Moroccan Riad offers 1 bedroom. Tastefully done in white matt finish interiors, the Rooftop apartment consists of 1 bedroom. Especially done in white distressed theme giving it a vintage look, Village Residency 1  also offers 1 bedroom. Decorated with hand-made furniture, the Village Residency 2 offers a sleek and modern look with a bedroom. All the apartments come with a kitchen, a dining area, a living room, and a huge balcony offering beautiful views.

The stay is situated in Hauz Khas Village right next to the 13th century Fort and the lake offering the stunning views. Explore the Hauz Khas village with a guided tour and visit the beautiful places like the Hauz Khas Complex which consists of the Hauz Khas Lake or Royal Tank, a mosque and a tomb, all from the time of the Khalji Dynasty. The beautiful Hauz Khas lake can be seen from the stay itself, which is a 14th-century water body that was dug up to serve as a tank during Alauddin Khilji's reign and now is a famous tourist spot. Hauz Khas Village is also known for clubs and multi-cuisine restaurants which can excite your taste buds. Do visit popular restaurants and clubs then enjoy the beautiful views from the balcony in the night. Later enjoy a bonfire with barbeque meals on the terraced garden.
