This camping trip was the best among the several annual trips that I make with my friends and family. Although it is located just at the edge of the Ramagundam Forest, the Grass Walk Resort provides excellent service and amenities.

Grass Walk Resort Policies

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refunds in the Thrillophilia wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.

Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.

Free booking rescheduling if requested prior 3 days or more before travelling date and the same is subjected to availability.

If the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the traveler.

If the travelers request for rescheduling/relocation within 3 days or less, 100% of the booking amount shall be charged as rescheduling charge.
