About the Campsite:
Tikona camping and farmstay is a hilltop property overlooking the backwaters of Pawana lake on one side and Tikona fort on the other. Tikona also known as Vitangad is the hill fort in Maval, the high hill is 3500 ft.which is pyramidal in shape, and the name Tikona means "triangular". The campsites are just 60 KM from Pune and 120 from Mumbai.

Family outings with kids are always filled with lots and lots of fun, enjoyment and lovely memories. With ample open space for the kids to play outdoor games, a collection of board and rural games, green surroundings, starry skies, bonfire storytelling, this could be the perfect family outing you and your kids have been looking for. 

This glamping is suitable for friends, families, and corporates. The stay will be in tents/ mud huts along that there will be breakfast, Hi-tea, BBQ snacks, and dinner at night. Note: Children below 5 years can join without any charges, and those between 5 to 10 years can book the child package(half charge).

How to Reach: This place is around 59 KM from Pune and 120 KM from Mumbai, one can easily reach there by public or private transport. The road is completely motorable.

  • Day 1 - This is how your Day 1 will look like, however you can plan DIY itinerary by coordinating with the campsite manager -

    04:00 PM: On Arrival, Tea and snacks to brighten your mood.

    07:00 PM: Grab a taste of BBQ starters of your choice (Veg./Non Veg.)

    09:00 PM: Unlimited simple buffet dinner

    10:00 PM: Sit around and enjoy private Bonfire, for each group

    11:00 PM: Stay in tents or mud huts

  • Day 2 - This is how your Day 2 will look like, however you can plan DIY itinerary by coordinating with the campsite manager -

    09:00 AM: Morning Breakfast, Choice of three dishes in breakfast

    10:00 AM: Activity time, yay! Outdoor games like archery, cricket, volleyball, badminton and indoor games like carrom, board games and dart games are available on the campsite.

    11: 00 AM: Check-out from the campsite.

    It was such a great trip with my family there, we had all the fun and as well experience the stay at the mud-huts the bed was good and the attached-washroom was clean along hot water at any time, The ambiance was good. The meals served to us were fresh. My sibling had great-time playing crickets, volleyball, and as well in indoor games. The local operator was good and the staff too. All in all, it was a really good experience everything went-well, we do not have to face any problem as it was a well-organized trip. Such a worthy-trip.

    A good place to spend with family and friends felt relax being far from the hectic city and busy schedule-life. The place has beautiful scenics and surroundings. The arrangement was really good and we all felt comfortable there. We had an amazing time on storytelling which was really fun with full of laughter and joy with the other group after a long time.
