Kindly bring the ticket voucher along with a valid photo ID proof for admission.
Once you leave the premises, re-entry is not permitted.
Commercial photography and videography as well as live broadcasting are prohibited.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.
Visiting guests are required to wear covered shoes at all times and are not permitted to wear flip flops or high heels.
Visitors must be 1.20m tall to reach the floating bars and fully experience the colourful bird interaction at ‘Aerial Climbing Through A Flock of Colored Birds.’
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the aquarium. If you'd like, you can enjoy the areas designated specifically for smoking.
It is not permitted to bring pets inside the park premises except for service animals.
Gardens by the Bay remains closed for 4-5 days every month due to maintenance.
Throughout the aquarium, you are free to take as many pictures as you like. But be careful not to use the flashlight on your camera.
The ticket for Gardens by the Bay is valid till 11th July. Re-entry is not allowed.
