The property is surrounded by evergreen and semi-evergreen forest and situated in the midst of serene grasslands with shola forest patches and bamboo trails. The homestay has 2 fully furnished bedrooms with attached bathroom with 24 Hrs. Hot and cold water, spacious open balcony. Home-cooked fresh foods are served. 

The Brahmagiri hills start from the end of the estate. You can play various indoor and outdoor games in the huge area of the property and can also go for a plantation walk. There is also a huge pond in the property where you can enjoy fishing.

2 Cottages are available for stay in the property on sharing basis.

Meals:
Unlimited veg/non-veg breakfast, lunch and dinner is included in the package. Non-vegetarians can enjoy a lot of local dishes cooked by the home-owners.
