Know Before You Go
- Tours will operate in accordance with all prevailing government regulations.
- Tour routing may vary on certain departure dates, and in some cases, the itinerary may operate in reverse. However, all listed sightseeing and excursions will be covered unless a site is closed due to a holiday.
- If any sightseeing or excursion is unavailable, an alternative experience will be arranged.
- Thrillophilia reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to operational constraints, weather conditions, strikes, or other force majeure events beyond our control.
- Arrival transfers may require a wait of up to 2 hours after reaching the arrival hall.
- If flight timings do not align with the suggested schedule, travelers must arrange private transfers at their own expense.
- All transfers and sightseeing, as per the itinerary, will be conducted in an air-conditioned coach, including entrance fees where specified.
- Due to limited luggage space in the coach, each traveler is advised to carry only one check-in bag and one handbag.
- In cases where the group size is insufficient, travelers may be merged with another group.
- Assistance during the initial phase of the tour may be provided by a local representative or the coach driver.
- If there is a long queue at the Eiffel Tower, the visit may be replaced with an entry to Montparnasse Tower.
- In triple occupancy rooms, hotels typically provide rollaway beds, and the room size may remain the same as a double room.
- The cost of airfare, passport fees, POE charges, visa fees, overseas travel insurance, and similar expenses are not included in the package.
- Local taxes, entrance fees, and services are calculated as of October 1, 2021. Any subsequent increases in these charges will be payable by the traveler.
- Any increase in European taxes may result in a price adjustment, which will be duly justified.
- Land surcharges applicable on specific departure dates will be communicated in advance.
- If there are significant delays or restrictions due to driving laws, a packed dinner may be provided.
- Thrillophilia reserves the right to recover additional expenses incurred due to delays or changes in train, flight, coach, cruise, or other service schedules.
