Things to carry
Kindly bring the ticket voucher along with your passport copy or Emirates ID and present it to the cashier to claim entry.
Holders of People of Determination (specially-abled) ID cards can enter Dubai Dolphinarium free of charge with one companion being charged at a discounted price.
Prices and show timings are subject to change without prior notice.
All regular seats are on a "first come, first served' basis. There are no assigned seats regardless of the selected section during booking.
Dubai Dolphinarium security/cashier reserves the right to request identification of children for age verification purposes.
It is recommended to arrive at least 45 minutes before the show commences.
Dubai Dolphinarium reserves the right to refuse any refund or reschedule if the customer is unable to arrive on time of booking.
Strollers are not allowed inside the show arena and must be left at the reception area.
The first 3 rows at the Dolphin & Seal Show are splash zones. Visitors may get wet in this zone.
Visitors are advised to refrain from standing or running behind the barricades around the pool area.
Visitors are prohibited to conduct live streaming or broadcast of the show.
Visitors who wish to use camera equipment must ensure that they are not causing inconvenience to other guests.
Dubai Dolphinarium reserves the right to refuse entry and/or ask individuals to leave the premises for reasons of inappropriate behaviour without refund or explanation.
Visitors are requested to wear modest clothing; any visitor that is wearing indecent clothing may be asked to leave the premises.
VIP ticket holders can select seat numbers subject to availability and are requested to follow assigned seat numbers.

Dubai Dolphinarium Tickets Cancellation Policy
- If cancellation is made 2 days or more before the date of travel, no cancellation fees will be charged.
- If cancellation is made within 2 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.

- By Car: From Dubai Mall, get onto Sheikh Zayed Road (E11). After about 1.8 km, continue driving on Oud Metha Road (D79/E66). Drive straight for around 5.9 km, and then take 20th Street to get to Creek Park, inside which is the Dubai Dolphinarium.
- By Metro: Take the Green Line Metro Route To Dubai Health Care City Metro Station 1. From here, Dubai Dolphinarium is at a walking distance of approximately 600 metres.
- By Bus: Take either of buses 26, 27, 10, 28, 6, 50, and 67 to get to the Dubai Dolphinarium.
