Dolphin Adventure: The participant needs to have a minimum height of 115 cms. For any participants below 21 years of age shall require a supervisor above 21 years of age. Children below 12 years of age need to have a paying guardian/parent accompanying him under this program. Also, the program is suitable only for swimmers.

Dolphin Discovery: Children below 110 cm height must be carried by an adult during the interaction session. The program is suitable for non-swimmers.

Dolphin Observer: There are no restrictions under this program. However, children below 12 years of age must be accompanied by a supervising adult. Dolphin Trek: The participant needs to be at least 15 years old to be able to participate in this program. It is also perfectly suitable for non-swimmers.

- You can enter Dolphin Island only on the date and time of your interactive session booking. You can also not re-enter the premises once you have exited from the Dolphin Island.

- Reach the premises at least 15 minutes prior to your booking time in adequate and acceptable swimsuit wear as described under the wearable regulations of Dolphin Island.

- No phones, cameras, or any other type of losing items shall be allowed inside the Dolphin Island. You shall be provided lockers at the entrance of the premises where you can store all your belongings. - Any of the in-water experience at the Dolphin Island shall last for a time period of 30 minutes. This is exclusive of other activities such as Dolphin Observer, Trainer for a Day, and Dolphin Encounter.   Do keep ample time in your hands to completely enjoy this unique visit of yours.

- No food items or beverages are allowed or served within the Dolphin Island for the safety of the mammals. Therefore, you are advised to have a light snack before you enter the premises.
